Tekno The Lizard

Color palette not decided yet, but I think the accents on the head, and tail will be darker than the main body color, and the accents on the muzzle, belly, hands, and feet will be lighter.

Personality: a social butterfly, he can strike up a conversation with just about anyone, coupled with a very caring, sweet nature, makes him a very approachable mobian; and one of the few to be able to get Sky on their side as a friend.
Special Skill: Able to figure out how almost anything works and to recreate it if given time
